Community Connections

There is so much hate and misunderstanding out in the world, especially towards Black LGBTQ+ people. I wanted to be part of something that helps bring light, love and a safe space for people like me. This group's mission and vision really aligned to my own goals in being a positive impact to our Black LGBTQ+ community. I look forward to serving our people and building a stronger Black LGBTQ+ community in San Diego.

Community Connections & Healthy Communities

I want to help continue the mission of the SD Black Pride by uniting diverse Black LGBTQ+ community members by providing them with space for a voice that is heard & respected (“a seat at the table”- Langston Hughes) for opportunities to make a difference, and a sustainable resourceful platform that centers around community, healing, growth, safety, and advocacy. #UnapologeticallyBlack I would love to connect with you. Thank you for your support. With gratitude & love 🤎
